How to Set Up and Print a 4×6 Inches Shipping Label on the Whatnot Platform?

Step 1: Access your Whatnot profile and shipping page

1. Go to the Whatnot homepage and log in to your account.

2. Hover your mouse over the profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

3. Select “Shipments” from the drop-down menu to open your active shipping orders.

Step 2: Find the default label option

1. On the “Shipping” page, find the menu panel on the right.

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and find “Default Label Options“.

Step 3: Set the shipping label size to 4×6

1. Next to “Shipping Labels”, click the pencil icon to edit the settings.

2. A drop-down menu will appear – select “4×6” (another option is 8.5×11, which will have size issues for standard label printers).

3. Click “Save” to confirm the changes.

Step 4: Print your labels

For mobile devices:

Print labels on your phone using the “Flashlabel Pro” app. Search for “Flashlabel Pro” on the App Store or Google Play to download the app.

Alternatively, you can scan the provided QR code to download the app.

Import your PDF into the application and then print it.

Tips:

If you’re using an iPhone, tap “Save Label” and scroll down—you’ll see the “Print with FlashLabel Pro” option (see screenshot). You can print directly from here without saving the PDF or image first.

Print with FlashLabel Pro

For Mac:

1. In the print preview interface, select the Arrvel A42BT printer.

2. Select paper size: 4 x 6 inches

3. Click Print

For Windows:

1. In the print preview interface, select the Arrvel A42BT printer.

2. Select paper size: 100×150mm

3. Click Print.

Important Note

This setting applies to all new shipping labels you generate. It does not retroactively adjust labels you have already printed, so be sure to set it up before creating labels.

If you are using a thermal label printer, 4×6 is the standard size for seamless printing.
