How to Load Thermal Paper Correctly？

To ensure smooth printing, load the paper correctly with the printing side facing up. Follow the steps below to install thermal paper:
Step1: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the printer.

Step2: Press the cover release buttons on both sides simultaneously to open the cover.

Step3:Place the thermal paper roll into the paper compartment inside the printer.

Step 4: Make sure the printable side faces up toward the print head.
(Note:If you cannot tell the printable side, test it easily: Scrape an unnoticeable spot on the paper with a coin or fingernail. The side that leaves black scratches is the printable side, which should face the print head.)

Step5:Align the edges of the paper with the printer’s guides, then close the cover firmly.
