How to solve the problem of too small print size

If your document contains large blank areas or extra content outside the label, the printed content will appear small. You can use the cropping tool or software to cut off blank sections.

Crop Size Steps:

Step 1: After uploading the file, tap the””

button inside the red box at the upper right corner of the document shown in the figure.

Step 2: Tap Crop&Rotate. Drag the four corners of the document to move the content and zoom in or out the graphics and text. When adjustment is complete, tap the”” button inside the red box.

Step 3: Tap Finish, then proceed to print

Note: If the printing issue is not caused by an uncropped document, it may result from failing to select the correct paper size before printing. Please ensure the paper size set in the APP matches your actual paper size.

Steps to adjust paper size (Roll Paper Example):

Step 1: Connect the printer.

Step 2: Tap the area in the red box, select the paper type that matches your physical paper.

Step 3: Select or enter your roll paper width (e.g., 210mm). After setup, tap "Finish", return to the home page and start printing your documents or images.
