How to Load Thermal Paper Correctly？

To ensure smooth printing, load the paper correctly with the printing side facing up. Follow the steps below to install thermal paper:
Step1: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the printer.

Step 2:Ensure the marked side of the thermal paper faces up, and the blank printable side faces down toward the print head.

Note:Please use Arrvel brand thermal paper for printing, as it is compatible with the ST80A portable thermal printer. Using other brands of paper may result in unclear prints.
