UPDATE: Operator error. Printer works perfectly. Apparently using the correct power cord is, in fact, important. Please disregard my previous emotional outburst. 😭😂Received the printer on Monday, set it up, printed test label successfully and then put the printer away. Plugged it back in on Thursday to print a packing label and stickers and it will not stop beeping, feeder button is doing absolutely nothing. After trying to troubleshoot via Google and then ChatGPT I am surrendering to defeat and returning this useless yet pretty, printer.

Every time the printer powers off and restarts, previous label configuration resets. I have to readjust size and density settings manually all over again, wasting operating time.

The paper holder feels cheap and flimsy. When loading large label rolls, it wobbles. Slight vibration will cause label roll shifting and further trigger feeding errors.

It generates sharp rattling noise while printing. Continuous printing makes obvious mechanical clattering sound, which is distracting for home office and small warehouse environments.

Pairing with mobile phones and laptops is troublesome. It often cannot be searched by Bluetooth devices. I need to restart both printer and phone multiple times to finish connection.
