How long does delivery take?
Shipping via DHL or UPS typically takes 2–4 business days for delivery. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. Most products are dispatched from warehouses in China or the United States. If the specific configuration you have chosen is in stock within your region, delivery may be even faster.
What is your return policy?
If the T81X is unused, remains in its original condition, and the packaging is intact, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and returns should be sent to our U.S. warehouse address. We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
What does the warranty cover, and how do repairs work?
Each T81X unit comes with a 1-year warranty; you may also extend the warranty period to 3 years for an additional fee of $149. The warranty covers "manufacturing defects and hardware failures that occur under normal use." It does not cover "physical damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized modification, or disassembly of the device, nor does it cover liquid damage that exceeds the scope of the IP65 ingress protection rating." To request repairs, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number.

How long does the battery last, and can I swap it while working?
The device is equipped with a removable 10,000mAh battery, providing approximately 9 hours of runtime under [test conditions, e.g., 50% brightness, mixed-use scenario].
Will my existing software work?
The T81X runs Android 14 (GMS) on an MTK Helio G99 Octa-core processor, so including most WMS, ERP and field-service applications, runs without modification.
How do I know the T17X is built to last?
The T81X is tested to MIL-STD-810H, including 1.22 m drops, and rated IP65 against dust and water jets. It operates from -20°C to 60°C and carries IP65, CE, FCC, RoHS, UN38.3 and IEC 62133 certifications.

As a field engineer, I use this rugged android tablet daily on job sites for scaffolding checks and reviewing CAD drawings. The 700-nit bright screen displays clear details even in direct midday sun��no more squinting or searching for shade. The IP65 and MIL-STD-810H construction is truly tough: it survived a 1.2m drop onto concrete from scaffolding and kept working perfectly. It��s dust-tight and water-resistant, so I can use it safely in rain and dusty environments. The long-lasting 8-hour battery and swappable battery design keep me productive all shift. This T81X tablet has drastically improved our on-site efficiency.
This tablet is EXCELLENT for industrial environments.We're using it specifically for heavy inventory management in a construction field, and that includes and indoor warehouse and on site. It truly is rugged and can handle tough conditions, including a few accidental falls.The tablet has great battery life, and it boots up quickly. The Android interface is user friendly, and connecting is a breeze via wifi. He have also used the Bluetooth function with zero problems.The internal storage is gracious plenty for downloading any needed inventory and specs apps and taking pictures on site, as needed. I can certainly see us using this tablet later with more intensive apps. While we're using it our way, I can see how utilities management and surveyors could have a field day with one of these.The real hero here is the barcode scanner, which is built in to the tablet. It uses the Zebra engine, so it's no off brand, bare bones scanner. It's great quality. It can read scuffed or damaged barcodes (hallelujah!) and it scans from a decent distance.HIGHLY recommend this tablet.
