Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Delivery then takes [2–4] business days via DHL or UPS, and a tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Most models ship from [China / our US warehouse]. If your configuration is in stock in your region, it may arrive sooner.
What is your return policy?
You can return the I10A within 30 days of delivery for a refund if it is [unused / in original condition and packaging]. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and returns go to [Us address ]. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving the item.
What does the warranty cover, and how do repairs work?
Every I10A includes a 1-year warranty, and you can extend it to 3 years for +$149. The warranty covers [manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use]. It does not cover [physical damage from misuse, modification or opening the device, or liquid damage beyond the IP65 rating]. To start a repair, contact support with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?

How long does the battery last, and can I swap it while working?
The removable 5000mAh battery runs for about [6.5] hours under [test conditions, e.g. 50% brightness, mixed use]. A built-in 860mAh battery keeps the tablet running while you swap the main battery, so you can change it without shutting down. Spare batteries ($70) and a quad battery charger ($119) are available as accessories.
Will my existing software work?
The I10A runs Windows 11 Pro on an Intel Core i5/i7 processor, so standard Windows software, including most WMS, ERP and field-service applications, runs without modification.
How do I know the I10A is built to last?
The I10A is tested to MIL-STD-810H, including 1.22 m drops, and rated IP65 against dust and water jets. It operates from -20°C to 60°C and carries IP65, CE, FCC, RoHS, UN38.3 and IEC 62133 certifications.
