Shipping via DHL or UPS typically takes 2–4 business days for delivery. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. Most products are dispatched from warehouses in China or the United States. If the specific configuration you have chosen is in stock within your region, delivery may be even faster.

If the I10A is unused, remains in its original condition, and the packaging is intact, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and returns should be sent to our U.S. warehouse address. We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Each I10A unit comes with a 1-year warranty; you may also extend the warranty period to 3 years for an additional fee of $149. The warranty covers "manufacturing defects and hardware failures that occur under normal use." It does not cover "physical damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized modification, or disassembly of the device, nor does it cover liquid damage that exceeds the scope of the IP65 ingress protection rating." The removable 5000mAh battery runs for about 6.5 hours under [test conditions, e.g. 50% brightness, mixed use]. A built-in 860mAh battery keeps the tablet running while you swap the main battery, so you can change it without shutting down. Spare batteries ($70) and a quad battery charger ($119) are available as accessories.

The I10A runs Windows 11 Pro on an Intel Core i5/i7 processor, so standard Windows software, including most WMS, ERP and field-service applications, runs without modification. 

The I10A is tested to MIL-STD-810H, including 1.22 m drops, and rated IP65 against dust and water jets. It operates from -20°C to 60°C and carries IP65, CE, FCC, RoHS, UN38.3 and IEC 62133 certifications.
