How long does delivery take?
Shipping via DHL or UPS typically takes 2–4 business days for delivery. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. Most products are dispatched from warehouses in China or the United States. If the specific configuration you have chosen is in stock within your region, delivery may be even faster.
What is your return policy?
Each tablet unit comes with a 1-year warranty; you may also extend the warranty period to 3 years for an additional fee of $149. The warranty covers "manufacturing defects and hardware failures that occur under normal use." It does not cover "physical damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized modification, or disassembly of the device, nor does it cover liquid damage that exceeds the scope of the IP65 ingress protection rating." To request repairs, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number.

How long does the battery last, and can I swap it while working?
The device is equipped with a removable 5000mAh battery, which provides approximately 8 hours of runtime under specific test conditions (e.g., 50% brightness, mixed-use scenarios). Additionally, you can purchase a spare battery ($70) and a four-slot battery charger ($119) as optional accessories.
Will my existing software work?
The I17J runs Windows 11 Pro on an Intel N5100 processor, so standard Windows software, including most WMS, ERP and field-service applications, runs without modification.
How do I know the I17J is built to last?
The I10A is tested to MIL-STD-810G, including 1.22 m drops, and rated IP65 against dust and water jets. It operates from -20°C to 60°C and carries IP65, CE, FCC, RoHS, UN38.3 and IEC 62133 certifications.

This Arrvel Rugged tablet is very tough. I ordered this tablet for industrial inventory use. So far I have no concern that it will stand up to the abuse of a work environment. This tablet does everything you need and expect from an industrial tablet.The 1D/2D scanner works very well once set up and adjusted for the learning curve.The processing speed is actually very good compared to what I had expected.The tablet performs well, boots up quickly and has an amazing viewing screen. Windows 11 pro is nice for being able to change preferred settings without going into BIOS. 128gb of storage and 8gb of RAM is great for a tablet. This tablet has WI-FI connectivity but I haven’t tried to incorporate any cellular coverage. The processor is very fast. The battery life is very good. I haven’t used it for 8 hours straight but it does last for 4 hours and is still at more than half battery power. I love that the battery can be easily removed and/or replaced. The screen is very bright, which is a plus. I have not used the stylus yet. The supply power block and cable are rugged.If I could magically change some details about the tablet, I would include a tabletop stand. I’m surprised this wasn’t included. And I would remove the extremely loud and annoying start-up and shutdown beeps that occur. I’ve tried everything I can think of and I cannot change any settings to stop those Alerts. Additionally, I don’t love that the included strap can’t be adjusted. And I’m surprised that it doesn’t have a higher waterproof rating.The price is a bit high for this type tablet. It’s a great tablet but I would prefer to wait for a sale to buy this particular model.
