This Arrvel Rugged tablet is very tough. I ordered this tablet for industrial inventory use. So far I have no concern that it will stand up to the abuse of a work environment. This tablet does everything you need and expect from an industrial tablet.The 1D/2D scanner works very well once set up and adjusted for the learning curve.The processing speed is actually very good compared to what I had expected.The tablet performs well, boots up quickly and has an amazing viewing screen. Windows 11 pro is nice for being able to change preferred settings without going into BIOS. 128gb of storage and 8gb of RAM is great for a tablet. This tablet has WI-FI connectivity but I haven’t tried to incorporate any cellular coverage. The processor is very fast. The battery life is very good. I haven’t used it for 8 hours straight but it does last for 4 hours and is still at more than half battery power. I love that the battery can be easily removed and/or replaced. The screen is very bright, which is a plus. I have not used the stylus yet. The supply power block and cable are rugged.If I could magically change some details about the tablet, I would include a tabletop stand. I’m surprised this wasn’t included. And I would remove the extremely loud and annoying start-up and shutdown beeps that occur. I’ve tried everything I can think of and I cannot change any settings to stop those Alerts. Additionally, I don’t love that the included strap can’t be adjusted. And I’m surprised that it doesn’t have a higher waterproof rating.The price is a bit high for this type tablet. It’s a great tablet but I would prefer to wait for a sale to buy this particular model.
