Shipping Information
Where do we ship from?
EU customers: Shipped from Hong Kong/Mainland China. Accessories and spare parts are shipped from Hong Kong/Mainland China.
US customers: The Arrvel product page indicates product inventory. If the product is in stock in the US, it will be shipped from our US warehouse. If not in stock, it will be shipped from Hong Kong/Mainland China. Accessories and spare parts are shipped from Hong Kong/Mainland China.
UK customers: Shipped from Hong Kong/Mainland China. Accessories and spare parts are shipped from Hong Kong/Mainland China.
Australia and New Zealand customers: All products are shipped from our Hong Kong/Mainland China warehouse.
Processing Time:
Generally, orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends may experience delays. Processing time for pre-order items is subject to the information provided on the purchase page.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Delivery Time (depending on your location)

Shipping FAQs
Customs and VAT
Buyers are responsible for clearing customs for their purchased goods. Orders may be subject to customs duties and VAT, which are collected by your country’s government, not by this website. If customs clearance cannot be arranged, the package may be destroyed, in which case the buyer will be responsible.
Please note that customs duties may apply regardless of whether we ship from Hong Kong/Mainland China or the United States.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. The arrvel store will verify all addresses before shipping. If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us at [email protected] within 2 hours of order confirmation. We will do our best to update your address information before your order ships.
Undeliverable Packages
Sometimes, orders may be returned due to undeliverability. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Reshipment costs will be borne by the customer. If we are unable to resend the package, we will refund the purchase price, but will deduct the original shipping and handling fees.
Interception Fee:
If the package needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any interception fees charged by the carrier.
How can I track my order?
Please note that you will be able to track the shipment within 1-3 business days after receiving the notification email. If you have any questions about the tracking number, please contact us: [email protected].
Why can’t I track my order?
The logistics company has not yet updated the latest delivery information on its website;
The tracking number is incorrect;
The package has been delivered for a long time, and the logistics company has removed it from the tracking record. In this case,
we recommend that you contact our customer service: [email protected], and we will provide you with the latest information. We will contact the logistics company on your behalf and notify you once we have more information.
If your package was shipped from Hong Kong/Mainland China, please note that international shipping takes time, usually approximately 8-12 days. Your package may not be temporarily updated online, but it is still in transit. Please wait a few days and check again.
The courier tried to deliver, but I wasn’t home. What should I do?
Please contact the courier company. Usually, they will try again the next business day. However, sometimes they may ask you to pick it up at their branch.
The tracking website shows it’s delivered, but I haven’t received my order.
Please note that we provide each customer with a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their own order. If the package has arrived in your country, please contact your local post office. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service at [email protected]. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.
