You can return products within 30 days of the order date, no questions asked:

The product must be returned with all accessories.

The product must be in its original packaging.

The product must not show any signs of use.

Order Cancellation

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect goods, please refuse the package if possible and contact us immediately with evidence (photos or videos). This will help us resolve the issue quickly and arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to the buyer’s own reasons, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to our designated warehouse.

If the return is due to the consumer’s own reasons, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. Specific costs depend on the courier company you choose.

If the received goods are damaged or do not match the description due to our reasons, the consumer is not responsible for shipping costs (the 30-day return policy does not apply in this case).

Return Process

Prepare your package: Please pack the goods securely, including all original packaging and accessories.

Send the goods: Ship the goods to the designated Arrvel warehouse in your area.

Return received: We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods. The refund will arrive within 7 business days and will be returned to the original payment method. We will notify you by email once the refund is processed.
