We offer a one-year warranty on products purchased from arrvel.com. After the warranty period, repairs will incur a charge. The warranty period begins from the date the original consumer received the product.
How to claim warranty service?

Please include the following information in your email:
Your order number, a complete screenshot of your order, and the IMEI number of the product requiring after-sales service. Describe the problem you are experiencing clearly and in detail.
Attach photos or a short video to demonstrate the problem.
Step 3: Wait for and receive a response from a support representative
Work with a support representative to resolve the issue.
Product Replacement or Return
If your product is eligible for arrvel’s warranty policy, you will receive a return request form from a support representative.

arrvel will replace the defective product within 15 business days* of confirming receipt. The final solution depends on the availability of replacement products.
