How to Fix the Issue of Print Size Being Too Small (Using 8×11 Inches as an Example)?
Your file page size is 8*11 inches, not 4*6 inches, which will result in a lot of blank space around the tags.
If there are large areas of blank space or extra information outside of labels in the document, you can use cropping tools or software to crop the blank parts.
Solution:
For the mobile app:
1. Send the PDF file to your phone for printing via WhatsApp or email, then open the file using the FlashLabel Pro app.
2. Use FlashLabel Pro to trim the document before printing.
For Windows and Mac:
1. You can crop files by downloading the FlashLabel Pro barcode editor.

Mac: Please click https://yxwl-download.oss-cn-hangzhou.aliyuncs.com/Mac/FlashLabelProPC_Installer_universal_v1.0.1.dmg to download.
2. After downloading, open the app and drag/drop the file you want to print into the red box. You can also select the file by clicking ‘Add’ on the right.
3. After opening the file, click the icon within the red box in the lower-left corner.
4. Click the rotation icon, rotate the image to the correct orientation, then adjust the cropping area.
5. After cropping, click “Done”.
6. In the red box on the right, adjust your label size (Note: The label size must match your paper size). After adjusting, click “Print” to enter the print preview page.
7. Click “Print” to print your label.
