How to Use the Printer on Windows via USB Cable?
The printer needs to have its driver installed on the computer to function properly.
Steps:
1. Connect the power cord to the adapter, connect it to the printer, and then plug it into a power outlet.
2. Connect the printer to the computer using a USB cable.
3. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the printer.

4. After powering on, double-click the driver folder that pops up (Note: If the driver files do not pop up, please click this link: A42BT Resource Center to download them; the subsequent steps are the same).

5. Open the webpage in the pop-up folder.


6. Click this link to download the driver.

7. Double-click the downloaded .exe driver file and follow the prompts to complete the installation.


8. Follow the prompts to continue the installation until you see the confirmation message displayed below.

9. Open Settings, click Printers & Scanners, and find “Arrvel A42BT” in the list. This indicates that the printer has been successfully installed.

10. After installation, you can open the file and print it on your device (remember to adjust the print size accordingly).

※ Why Does the Bluetooth Printer on Windows Systems Display the “Driver is Unavailable” Message?

I followed all steps, several time. This still says driver not available on the Arrvel A42BT thermal printer
When the printer is connected to a Windows device, you may encounter a “driver is unavailable” notification for the Bluetooth driver. This is normal due to the different ways USB and Bluetooth printing handle print jobs. No action is required.
Special Note:
Ensure that only one connection method (USB or Bluetooth) is active at a time to avoid driver conflicts.
