How to Use the Printer via Bluetooth on Windows?
Note: Currently, the Arrvel Bluetooth driver is only compatible with Windows and Mac systems.
Installation steps:
1. Connect the power cord to the adapter, connect it to the printer, and then plug it into a power outlet.
2. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the printer.
3. Enable Bluetooth on your computer in system settings.
4. Click this link to download the driver: https://www.arrvel.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Win-Driver-Latest-v1.4.1.exe
5. Double-click the downloaded .exe driver file and follow the prompts to complete the installation.
6. When the printer selection page appears, select Bluetooth and click “Next” to continue the installation.
7. Click “Next” to continue the installation. The program will search for nearby Bluetooth devices, which will take approximately 30 to 60 seconds. No action is required during this process; simply wait until the new interface appears.
8. When the device selection interface pops up, select the corresponding A42BT printer and click “Next” to complete the installation.
9. Open Settings, click Printers & Scanners, and find “A42BT Label” in the list. This indicates that the printer has been successfully installed.
10. Note: After installation, two A42BT options may appear in the system print list. One of the options may display “Driver is unavailable.” This is because USB and Bluetooth printing methods handle print jobs differently. This is normal and requires no action.
