Printer Malfunction: Troubleshooting Guide
Step 1: Restart the printer
1. Open the cover and remove the label paper.
2. Adjust the clamps at both ends of the label paper to place it in the optimal position.
3. Close the device cover and turn it on.
4. Wait at least 10 seconds.
5. Insert the label directly from the back of the device.
Step 2: Reconnect the printer via Bluetooth using the FlashLabel Pro app.
